How do I find my User ID?

Your User ID is a unique identifier that lets our team look up your account and check certain subscription statuses. When you reach out about a subscription or licensing question, sharing your User ID helps us pinpoint your account and resolve things much faster.

How to find your User ID


  1. Open Scriptation and touch or click the File Browser — the three-line menu () at the top-left of the Top Toolbar;


  1. In the File Browser, touch or click Settings in the bottom-left corner;


  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings menu and tap User ID.


✅ TIP: Tap "Copy" to copy it to your clipboard, then paste it directly into your support email.


Sharing your User ID with Support


Once you have your User ID copied, send it over with as much detail about your subscription or account question as possible — what you've already checked, when the issue started, and any error messages you've seen — using the Send us an email button at the bottom of any help desk page or in the "Contact Us" link in-app.


💡 TIP: If your question is about a recent purchase or charge, including your Apple receipt along with your User ID gives our team everything we need to help.
