Why is my pricing different?
Scriptation Industry Pro pricing is most often advertised in USD, but the actual price you see depends on your App Store country and region. The price (and currency) shown in the App Store at the time of purchase is always the price you pay.
Why regional pricing differs
Apple sets subscription prices per region at the time they're set — and once set, they don't move with live exchange rates. All current Scriptation pricing was set on November 10, 2024, using the exchange rates in effect at that time.
That means a few things:
- Prices in non-USD regions are fixed in the local currency, not converted from USD in real time;
- When exchange rates shift, some regions may temporarily look cheaper or more expensive than the USD equivalent;
- The price displayed in your App Store is the price Apple will charge.
A few other things that can affect what you see
- Promotional pricing. Apple occasionally surfaces limited-time offers in select regions.
- Grandfathered pricing. If you subscribed before a price change, Apple keeps you on your original rate as long as your subscription stays active.
- Currency conversion at your bank. If your card is issued in a different country than your App Store, your bank may add a conversion fee.
