Can I sync my Custom Stamps and Saved Annotations across devices?

Saved Annotations live only on the device where they're created — but there's an easy workaround to share them with your other devices.


Here's what to do:


  1. Open any PDF file and insert all of your Saved Annotations into it.



  1. Share that document with your other devices, either through Cloud Storage or Export.


  1. On your second device, open the shared file. One by one, tap each annotation and tap Save to create Saved Annotations on that device.



  1. Find your Saved Annotations by tapping the Clipboard icon on the Annotation Toolbar.


✅ TIP: Can't find the Clipboard icon? Tap and hold the Stamp icon (when it's not active) to reveal it.
