📝 NOTE: This video shows a slightly older user interface, but the instructions are still accurate.

📝 NOTE: Added Pages is an Industry Pro feature.

Adding pages

  1. Tap the Page Manager icon (the four-square grid) on the Top Toolbar:

  1. Touch or click Edit:

  1. Tap Add:

  1. In the Add Pages window, choose from a variety of styles — Select Source Document to use a file from your storage or the Library, pick a blank page, an image, or choose from a template. Then tap Add, Add After Page, or Add as Facing Pages to insert the page(s):

  1. Tap Save:

Moving pages

To move any added page, touch / click and hold the page you'd like to move and drag it to the new location:

📝 NOTE: Only added pages (those with a black circle in the upper-left corner of the thumbnail) can be moved. Native pages (official script pages, in their imported order) can't be rearranged — doing so would interfere with the algorithm that powers Note Transfer.
