How do I use Notes?
Insert a Note
Select the Note icon on the Annotation Toolbar:
Then touch or click anywhere on your script. The note marker will be placed at that spot and the note window will open, ready for you to type:
To display style preferences like colors and shapes, touch or click the Paintbrush icon in the lower right-hand corner:
Delete a Note
To delete a note, touch or** click the note marker** and then the Trashcan icon in the lower left-hand corner.
Move a Note
Notes can also be dragged and positioned anywhere on the page. Touch / click and** drag** the note marker to move it.
Move or Copy a Note to Another Layer
To move or copy a note, touch or click the Note Marker and touch or click the Layers icon in the upper left-hand corner:
Choose between Move or Copy and select the layer to which you want to move or copy the note.
Tag a Note
To assign a note to a tag category, touch or click the Tag icon at the upper left of the note and the list of tag categories will be displayed:
Touch or click the category you want and this note will be part of that tag set.
When you're done writing (you can also use Apple's Siri or Scribble to enter text), configuring and / or tagging the note, touch or click Done to hide the note window.
TIP: If you have a lot of notes, search for the one you need with the Outline tool.
