How do I rearrange or reorder script pages?
All User-Added / Inserted pages can be reordered from within the Facing Page tool with a simple touch / click + drag. These include Facing Pages, Sides and pages that were Copied/Pasted.
Native pages (official script pages, in their imported order) can't be rearranged in most situations because Scriptation relies on script pages being in their set order so that Note Transfer and other tools can work effectively.
However, there are some circumstances in which you may need to rearrange pages.
You received revised pages only and not the fully-collated script
Learn more about Collate Pages, which will integrate your new pages, transfer the annotations, and automatically delete the old pages. You do not have to manually remove pages when you use Collate Pages:
Inserted pages can no longer be rearranged
Very rarely, Inserted pages can get mismarked as Native pages. If this happens, use Master Edit Mode mode to mark Inserted pages as Native pages and vice versa. After assigning pages to Inserted status, you will be able to rearrange them.
3. Other situations don't apply but pages need to be rearranged
Use Master Edit Mode. This mode allows administrative-level settings for modifying pages from Native to Inserted, which makes them movable.
IMPORTANT: We recommend rearranging pages only on documents that you do not need to use for Note Transfer again.
Will new revision pages automatically be reflected in page color?
