How to Merge Layers


How to combine notes from separate Layers into one Layer.


NOTE: This video shows a slightly older user interface but the instructions are still accurate.


NOTE: Merging Layers can't be undone and can't be performed on Live Layers.


  1. Touch or click the Layers icon:

  1. Touch or click the 3-dot menu at the upper right of the Layers sidebar, then choose Merge:


  1. Select the the Layers you want to merge and touch or click OK:


  1. Enter a name for this new Merged Layer and save it:


  1. These layers have now been merged into one and will appear at the bottom of your Layer list (the pencil icon indicates that it's the active layer):


REMINDER: Once merged, Layers can't be unmerged.
