Moving from Industry Pro to On Campus

If your school is a Scriptation On Campus partner, you have access to all Industry Pro features for free for as long as you're at that school. If you're already paying for Industry Pro, you can activate On Campus without losing any paid time — On Campus takes over seamlessly when your paid subscription ends.

📝 NOTE: On Campus access is only available to students and faculty at participating partner schools. If your school isn't on the list yet, you can still get 50% off Industry Pro with a valid .edu or .k12 email — see Are there educational discounts for students or school groups?

Before you start

✅ TIP: As a best practice, back up your local files to the cloud before making any subscription changes. This is just a safety net — your scripts and notes won't be deleted by switching subscriptions, but it's always good to have a backup.

Switching to On Campus access

Update Scriptation to the latest version using this App Store link — please don't delete and reinstall the app, as that can remove any local files.
Cancel your current paid subscription through the App Store so it doesn't auto-renew. This just stops future charges — you keep Industry Pro features through the end of the period you've already paid for. Full walkthrough: How do I cancel or unsubscribe from Industry Pro?.
Activate your On Campus link provided by your school. You can do this at any time — even while your Industry Pro subscription is still active.

What happens when you activate

Because Industry Pro and On Campus both grant the same Pro features, activating your On Campus link while you're still on Industry Pro won't change anything visible in the app. When your paid Industry Pro period ends, On Campus takes over automatically — you keep all Pro features without a gap or a re-activation step.

Activation link expired?

If you click your On Campus activation link and see a "link has expired" notification, simply reply to the original email that contained the link. We'll send you a fresh one.

Don't have an On Campus link yet?

If your school is an On Campus partner but you haven't received an activation link, please reach out to your instructor or program administrator first — they're our point of contact for the partnership. If you're not sure whether your school participates, learn more or fill out the interest form at scriptation.com/oncampus.
