Moving or copying your files to the cloud

On iPad and iPhone, saving your scripts to the cloud means they're available on every device and protected if anything happens to your device. Here's how to move or copy your local files into a cloud folder.

First, make sure you're upgraded to Scriptation Industry Pro and have a cloud service linked to Scriptation.

📝 NOTE: To keep large data transfers reliable, Move is limited to individual files. Use Copy for multiple files or folders.

To move or copy files, touch or click the File Browser icon at the top left:

Toward the bottom of the File Browser sidebar, in the On My iPad section, are your local files. Touch or click the next to the file you'd like to move or copy:

📝 NOTE: Don't see Rename, Move, or Copy? On Mac, file management works through Finder rather than the in-app menu — see Where are my files stored? (Mac).

Select Move or Copy to choose a destination. You'll see all of your cloud services — Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and iCloud.

Navigate to the new location and tap Select:

The file uploads to your cloud storage and becomes accessible on your other devices.
