How do I add custom PDF Facing Pages (i.e. a Floor Plan)?

Use the Page Manager to add overheads, floor plans, diagrams, or ground plans alongside your script.

📝 NOTE: Facing Pages is an Industry Pro feature.

  1. With your script file open, tap the Page Manager icon (the four-square grid) on the Top Toolbar:

  1. Touch or click Edit:

  1. Touch or click Add:

  1. Touch or click Select Source Document:

  1. In the Select Source Document window, navigate to your file and touch or click it.

📝 NOTE: This window provides access to cloud folders and files already imported into Scriptation. If your source document is in an email or another location, see Importing and Opening Scripts in Scriptation for how to import it first.

✅ TIP for Mac users: The Select Source Document window will be a standard macOS Finder window. To learn more about Mac file storage, see Where are my files stored? (Mac).

  1. With your file selected, you can adjust the number of copies and choose how to add them:

  • Add — Inserts the selected page(s) before Page 1;
  • Add after Page — Inserts the page(s) after a specific page (touch or click that page);
  • Add as Facing Pages — Inserts the page(s) before every Native script page.

  1. Touch or click Save to commit the new pages:
