I have an Industry Pro subscription, and I'm being asked to upgrade. Help!

As long as your devices are connected with the same Apple ID, all devices should have the Industry Pro features unlocked. However, if you have an active subscription and are prompted to upgrade your subscription when accessing an Industry Pro feature or opening more than three documents, this means your subscription information from the App Store needs to be reconnected to Scriptation. This uncommon issue usually occurs after updating your device's operating system or the app. Thankfully, fixing this is super simple!

How to Reconnect Your Active Industry Pro Subscription

To reconnect your Industry Pro subscription, go to the Settings sidebar, touch or click Upgrade, scroll to the bottom of the subscription window and select Restore Purchases. This will reestablish the connection between your subscription in the App Store with Scriptation on your affected device.

Having trouble?

First, confirm that you have an active subscription by following the steps in our article, How do I check my subscription status?

If your subscription is active, next verify that all of your devices are connected to the same Apple ID (this article shows you how to see which Apple ID the device is using). In Apple Settings, the email address listed is the device's Apple ID and the other devices that share that Apple ID are shown as well.

If your devices are all linked, power off / on the device giving the error message and the device which originated the Scriptation subscription. Then, try Restore Purchases again.
